Max R. Rodden Joins Smith Debnam Narron Wyche Saintsing & Myers, L.L.P.
Raleigh, NC- Max R. Rodden has recently joined the litigation section of Smith Debnam Narron Wyche Saintsing & Myers,
LLP. He will concentrate his practice in family law and civil litigation.
Mr. Rodden earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University Law School in 1991 and his B.S. in Business, cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 1985. He has practiced law in North Carolina since 1991 and specialized in family law since 1992. Mr. Rodden has extensive trial experience and has represented clients at all levels of North Carolina courts. He has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations in family law and other civil litigation cases. He has also appeared in bankruptcy court to protect creditor rights of family law clients.
Mr. Rodden represents clients in all aspects of family law, including absolute divorce, child custody and support, equitable distribution, alimony, name change, adoption, post-marital agreements, pre-marital agreements, annulment, grandparent custody and visitation, termination of parental rights, abuse and neglect proceedings, divorce from bed and board,
legitimation, paternity, domestic violence and marital torts.
