New North Carolina Court Filing Costs Effective July 1, 2011

The General Assembly has passed new legislation affecting court costs in North Carolina. Cost changes affect filings in all case types and are effective July 1, 2011, unless otherwise noted for a specific cost item. All changed costs and fees must be collected on filings on or after that date, unless otherwise noted.
