Smith Debnam Welcomes New Creditors’ Rights Attorney

Raleigh, N.C. (September 5, 2017) – Smith Debnam is pleased to announce the addition of North and South Carolina licensed attorney Hannah D. Choe to the firm. Choe joins the firm as an Associate Attorney and will concentrate her practice in Consumer Collections, further expanding the firm’s creditors’ rights representation.

“We’re so pleased to have Hannah join our firm, and we anticipate the high caliber of work she will contribute to our Creditors’ Rights group,” said Jerry Myers, Smith Debnam’s managing partner. “Her varied background in both law and business will certainly be an asset to our team.”

Prior to joining Smith Debnam, Choe served as a legal specialist with the Raleigh-based law firms Thorp Law and Nodell, Glass & Haskell, LLP. She subsequently joined Oxner + Permar of Greensboro, North Carolina as a Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Mass Torts Attorney.

Choe earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also received a master’s degree in International Business Law from Radboud University in the Netherlands.
