Stephanie F. Bynum works in the firm’s business law section and concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate. She also has experience in foreclosures and bankruptcy.

For more than 25 years, Ms. Bynum has represented both individuals and business in real estate matters. While attending law school, Ms. Bynum was active in the Student Government Association and Women in Law. She is a past member of the North Carolina State Bar Association’s Real Property Lawyers section and previously served on the Wake County Public Service Committee and as a member of the Wake County Division of Real Property Lawyers.
