Smith Debnam has an experienced and professional team of administrative employees who support and facilitate our law practice on a daily basis. Each staff employee is considered a vital member of our client service team, expected to maintain the same standards of professionalism and competence as our legal professionals. We currently employ over 60 support staff in various administrative functions, including accounting, collections, human resources, facilities/office management, marketing, paralegal assistance, and financial processing, among
others.
Our Firm offers the latest in technology to support intra-office and external communications, document production and access to information resources. We rely upon and promote teamwork among staff, paralegals and attorneys to meet the needs and expectations of our
clients.
We also believe in the importance of recognizing and rewarding the effort of our staff. As an example, in addition to numerous other firm events, one week each year is dedicated to recognizing the contribution of our staff. Staff Appreciation Week is filled with events, gifts and prizes demonstrating our appreciation for the hard work of our staff members in providing support to our attorneys, paralegals and
clients.
