This position works in our Consumer Financial Services Litigation and Compliance practice, assisting in the representation of financial service providers and other businesses in matters related to bankruptcy, compliance, and defense litigation.
We have several openings in our Recovery Department to handle the collection of debts for our clients to include: negotiating payment plans and settlements, managing a personal collections portfolio, logging call information, and processing documents. Our Agents work in a professional phone center environment managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
This position directly supervises all employees in the IT Department. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
This position is responsible for providing administrative/clerical support to our Consumer Collection’s paralegals and attorneys. Duties include documentation preparation, processing mail, data entry, answering phones, and other clerical duties assigned by the department.
