Raleigh, N.C. (July 19, 2017) – The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce has selected Board Certified Family Law Specialist and Smith Debnam attorney Andrea Bosquez-Porter to join the 36th Leadership Raleigh class. Bosquez-Porter will join other distinguished individuals in an extraordinary leadership development experience designed to advance community engagement and life-long connections.
“Not being a North Carolina or Raleigh native, I look forward to participating in this program and sharing my perspective as a relative newcomer,” says Bosquez-Porter. “My experience in community events such as the North Carolina Bar Association’s Ask a Lawyer Day has also provided me insight into the kinds of issues that concern the general public, which I believe will be an asset to the program.”
During the nine-month program, participants will get a bird’s eye view of community issues, develop the skills necessary to assume leadership roles, and actively engage in community involvement opportunities.
