Raleigh, N.C. (September 19, 2017) – Smith Debnam Partner John Sperati will speak at HalfMoon LLC’s Construction Contract Workshop, an educational seminar for members of the construction and design industries. John will give an in-depth presentation entitled “Understanding Construction Contract Essentials” to an audience of architects, engineers, and contractors.
Other topics to be covered in this seminar include project documents, issues in contract administration, and legal issues and contract disputes. Also speaking at the workshop are Eric H. Biesecker, member of Nexsen Pruet law firm’s Greensboro office, and James Laurie, principal attorney of The Law Office of James P. Laurie III, LLC.
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, October 24 at the Courtyard by Marriott Chapel Hill, NC. It is open to the public and offers six contact hours for architects and professional engineers, as well as non-credit continuing education for contractors.
