Raleigh, N.C. (June 24, 2015) – Smith Debnam today announced the addition of South Carolina licensed attorney Patrick Goodwyn to the firm. Goodwyn joins the firm as an associate attorney with the firm’s creditors’ rights practice group. Goodwyn will concentrate his practice in the area of consumer debt collection and commercial litigation, representing banks, credit card companies, and other consumer lending institutions.
Prior to joining Smith Debnam, Goodwyn was an associate attorney at McDonnell and Associates, PA out of South Carolina. Goodwyn graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Business Management. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Charleston School of Law, in Charleston, South Carolina.
