Lauren V. Reeves joined the firm in 2010 as an associate and was named partner in 2016. Lauren has distilled her practice to focus on real estate law, using her prior experience in the firm’s foreclosure and creditors’ rights practice group to guide her clients through each step of their transactions with forethought and attention to detail. Lauren represents a diverse client base of individuals and businesses in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including drafting purchase and sale agreements, acquisition and development, landlord and tenant leasing, financing, closing loan transactions, and working with private equity investors. She also represents buyers, sellers, investors, homebuilders, and lenders. Lauren’s favorite part about her practice is meeting and connecting people.

Lauren is a Raleigh native, graduated with honors from North Carolina State University, and received her Juris Doctor at Elon University School of Law as a member of its Charter Class. She is an active member of the Wake County, 10th Judicial Bar Associations, and Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (Triangle CREW).
