From stocking grocery aisles to steering high-stakes courtroom battles, Danielle Polizzi’s career has been defined by a full-spectrum perspective that informs every creditors’ rights matter she handles. In high school, she spent afternoons at her local grocery store assisting customers from all walks of life – an experience that taught her that listening is the first step toward effective advocacy. She jokes that those early days taught her how to read a person as much as any legal brief and ultimately set her on a path toward the law.

Drawn to the idea of shaping justice, Danielle pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Honor Board and taught first-year lawyering courses.

Danielle’s next chapter unfolded at the 7th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Daytona Beach, where she managed a felony trial docket of more than 150 active cases, first-chaired 29 jury and non-jury trials, and routinely authored critical suppression and dismissal motions under tight deadlines. That crucible taught her to anticipate opposing arguments, to view every case from multiple angles, and to remain composed when the stakes are high. Those skills now allow her to craft strategies in creditors’ rights matters that balance tenacity with pragmatism, knowing when to push for a full judgment and when a settlement better serves her client’s long-term goals.

As a creditors’ rights attorney, Danielle guides banks, insurance carriers, and businesses through every phase of the collections process. She drafts demand letters and complaints, shepherds law matters through rounds of discovery and motions, and represents clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials when necessary. Her colleagues describe her as exceptionally organized and methodical – able to juggle thousands of cases, deadlines, and pieces of evidence without missing a beat – and clients value her punctual, hands-on approach and clear, focused advice.

Clients say Danielle brings more than legal know-how to the table. They appreciate that she takes the time to understand their broader objectives, leaning on insights from her public defender days to see the big picture in every dispute. Her ability to examine a case from all angles enables her to guide clients toward outcomes that are both financially and strategically sound. Her commitment to helping clients succeed, along with her eagerness to learn and grow, has made her a go-to attorney in creditors’ rights.
