Raleigh, N.C. (February 1, 2024) — Smith Debnam Narron Drake Sainting & Myers, LLP proudly announces Rachel Rogers, an Associate Attorney in our Consumer Collections group, has just been elected Chairperson of our firm’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee.
Rogers has been an integral part of the firm’s D&I Committee since 2022, shortly after joining Smith Debnam. Her dedication to nurturing diversity and inclusion within Smith Debnam has been unwavering, and her leadership qualities have played a pivotal role in driving the committee’s success.

Rogers brings a diverse legal background with experience in Construction Law, Creditors’ Rights & Collections, Corporate & Business Law, and Business Litigation. A graduate of Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, Rogers’ commitment to excellence is evident through her leadership roles and accolades, including the Richard A. Lord Moot Court Competition Chair and the Allan R Dameron Legal Internship Award recipient. She is licensed in North Carolina and holds a B.A. cum laude in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
