Rogers leads Smith Debnam’s Foreclosure and Collateral Recovery Section and has practiced with the firm since 1994. His clients include banks, credit unions, commercial lenders, loan servicers, finance companies, and title insurance companies confronting issues involving foreclosure, collateral recovery, bankruptcy, title reformation, real property disputes, and consumer finance litigation.
After more than 30 years in the field, Rogers has handled nearly every kind of problem that can complicate a creditor’s interest in real property or secured collateral, from defective loan documents and easement disputes to bankruptcy filings and title defects. He also frequently teaches secured-creditor topics to lawyers, court personnel, and financial industry audiences.
