With over 35 years of experience, his vast knowledge of navigating intricate legal matters has earned him the respect of both peers and clients.
In addition to his legal achievements, the Charleston County Bar Association named Jones the 2024 Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year, recognizing his exceptional commitment to providing free legal services to those in need.

Jones earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina in 1979 and a master’s degree in special studies, Legislative Affairs, from The George Washington University in 1981. He completed his Juris Doctor at Campbell University School of Law in 1988.
Jones is a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Law, further highlighting his expertise in the field.
