Raleigh, N.C. (June 10, 2022) – Smith Debnam today announced the addition of attorney Rachel E. Rogers to the firm. Rogers joins Smith Debnam as an associate attorney within the firm’s Consumer Collections practice group. Rogers’ practice experience includes Construction Law, Creditors’ Rights & Collections, Corporate & Business Law, and Business Litigation. She will concentrate her practice representing a broad range of businesses through the rigorous stages of the collection litigation process, including pre-suit collection efforts, lawsuits, judgments, and executions.
Prior to joining Smith Debnam, Rogers was an associate attorney at Hannah Sheridan & Cochran, LLP., a construction civil litigation firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. She received her J.D. from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and holds a B.A. from North Carolina State University. Rogers is licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
