The Compliance Assistant will work with a team that provides administrative and compliance support to our Consumer Collections Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Retrieve call recordings and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits of call logs. Prepare call logs for clients and management as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client reporting and deliverables.
- Assist with internal audits by compiling data from SQL reports and performing weekly/monthly inspections of data.
- Assist with incoming mail processing and document scanning.
- Generate inventory, collector, and client reports weekly and monthly.
- Update SOP’s related to new or updated processes.
- Additional projects as needed for the functionality with the Consumer Collections Team.
- Vendor Management Oversight – assist in compiling updated vendor documentation for annual risk reviews.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2-year associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience working in Banking or Call Center environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of the litigation process preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to process a large volume of work efficiently and accurately.
- Excel knowledge required.
