New associate will represent financial institutions and businesses in consumer debt collection matters.
RALEIGH, N.C. (March 17, 2026) – Smith Debnam is pleased to announce that Amber Doyle has joined the firm as an associate attorney in its Creditors’ Rights practice group. Doyle will focus her practice on consumer collections, representing financial institutions and businesses seeking to recover delinquent consumer accounts while navigating the legal and regulatory requirements governing the collections process.
Doyle brings experience in litigation and business law, along with work supporting lenders and financial institutions. Prior to joining Smith Debnam, she managed a high-volume litigation caseload involving more than 200 matters, gaining experience in case management, negotiation, and litigation strategy. She has also worked in corporate, consulting, and institutional legal environments, assisting with regulatory compliance, contract review, and policy development.

Doyle earned both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Campbell University in 2024. She received her Bachelor of Arts in communication from North Carolina State University, graduating cum laude.
She is admitted to practice in North Carolina and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina.
